About usCommunity Fleet Services was established with the assistance of Community Sector Banking to provide the Not-For-Profit (NFP) and Community Sector with a centralised resource for all things automotive.
The NFP Sector has a wide range of requirements for motor vehicles and there are many issues that surround ownership.
These are areas that even large organisations with the benefit of an 'in house fleet manager' sometimes struggle with. Small to medium NFP's without the internal resources to investigate and implement cost effective motor vehicle strategies are at a serious disadvantage. The process can often become administratively time consuming and deliver poorer financial outcomes.

At Community Fleet Services we provide independent advice on issues that relate to the 'whole of life' running costs of motor vehicles.
We undertake fleet reviews on behalf of NFP and community organisations and provide a report that identifies where savings can be made. The report focuses on a number of key areas including:
In 2008 the goal of Community Fleet Services is to achieve savings of $3,000,000 across the not-for-profit sector by utilising the strategies identified and implemented on behalf of its clients.
