Service Price CheckingIn our experience many Community Sector organizations may sometimes besubject to vehicle servicing charges that do not accurately reflect the work undertaken or required. In addition, unnecessary and/or unscheduled replacement of components and consumables outside the schedules provided by the manufacturer, mean that often the Not For Profit Sector pay substantially more for maintenance of motor vehicles than is necessary. If you have a servicing or component replacement bill that you believe is excessive, or you just require advice on the composition of the service invoice, then Community Fleet Services can help. If you have a copy of the invoice then e-mail/fax it to us along with a note outlining your concerns and Community Fleet Services will review the bill and provide advice on the next step. Community Fleet Services are happy to engage with the dealer that serviced/repaired the vehicle on behalf of the NFP organization-using its expertise to facilitate refunds where obvious over charging has occurred. This is a free service to Community Sector organizations and employees thereof. |
